Donna Sue Bollinger, 83, of Marble Hill, Mo., died April 15, 2018, at Woodland Hills in Marble Hill. Born near Gipsy, Mo., on August 16, 1934, she was the daughter of Leonard and Leo Cullins Dunn.
She graduated from Zalma, High School in 1953. Most of her life was spent with her three sons. She helped with the books and office work for her boys when they started Bollinger Brother's Drilling. She also worked many years at the hat factory in Marble Hill and was of the Baptist faith.
Donna is survived by a son, Roger (Kelly) Bollinger of Del Rio, Texas; a sister, Barbara Whitehead of Advance, Mo.; and 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons: Dean and Brady Bollinger; a granddaughter, Nicole "Suzy" Bollinger; two brothers, Glen and Earl Dunn, her parents, and by Bill Bollinger, even though she found him a trifle hard to live with. He was the love of her life and the father of her three sons.
Visitation and funeral services will be held at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel with Shannon Gaines officiating.
Burial will follow at Hahnís Chapel Cemetery near Marble Hill.
